Blue Lily, Lily Blue {The Raven Cycle #3}

Published Date: October 21, 2014
Publisher: Scholastic Press
Author: Maggie Stiefvater
Pages: 391
Genres: Fantasy, YA, Paranormal

Guys, Maggie Stiefvater can do no wrong. She’s the funny one with the million dollar come back. She’s the one who you’re dying to be BFFs with. She’s the one who can make your heart ache in one sentence then send you into a fit of laughter the next. She’s the one who can build and build and build and BAM! leave you saying, “Piss.” {that’s literally how I reacted at the very end}

Blue Lily, Lily Blue was an EXCELLENT third installment. Stiefvater gives you what you want {ish} and then some stuff you don’t. Her wit is sharp and her timing impeccable. If you have never heard of The Raven Cycle, then you’re missing out. The Raven Boys {1}, The Dream Thief {2} and now Blue Lily, Lily Blue. Read them. You’ll feel the same way as the rest of us who have…the Raven boys will become “your Raven Boys”, Blue will become the girl you wish you could be more like and the search for the Welsh King will become personal.

Read them. Please and thank you.

Have a good weekend, nerdlings.

  1. Maggie Stiefvater is my best friend. What are you talking about? We hang out all the time. Wait. I hang out with her books all the time. Does that count? Haha. Everyone should read her books. All of them. Now. Great review.

    • This is the first I have read, but I own Shiver and it is on my list! My friend Stefani over at CaughtReadHanded has read more of her work if you want to check her reviews out. Honestly though, this series is SO good that im not sure how the other could ever beat it.
